I'm curious as to how much money people spend PER MONTH on groceries - let me hear it! Also, let me know how many people you are feeding for that price as well.
$250 for the 2 of us. I plan out my meals for about 10 days (Pinterest is a HUGE help with this), check my cabinets to see what I've got towards those meals, and then write a grocery list for what I don't have and need to buy. Then I go shopping WITH CASH and buy the things I need. I do this twice a month and usually come in slightly under-budget or pretty close to even. I usually take into account that we will have leftovers or we will go out a few times so this usually gets me through the whole month just fine.
We do $280 for a month. We usually hit the budget right on (or super close) every month. We also add our furbabies stuff to the grocery bill, which sometimes likes to rack it up. ;) We only go twice a month as well - the less the better! I actually enjoy grocery shopping. It's exciting for me to try to get the best deals and come out UNDER budget each week!
